13. The Molotov Cocktails for The Resistance
While The France Resistance fight against The Nazi Germany, we should let the Resistance can equips and use the Molotov Cocktails to attack the Nazi Soldier if there is a gunfight in the certain area OR the whole area.
The Resistance also could place land mine and set up an ambush for the enemy vehicle and their troops. If the player had a mission about helping the Resistance fight against the Nazi Germany, the Molotov Cocktails and Land Mine could come in handy.
But let's Rebellion make decision if the player can equip the Molotov Cocktails or not, you also can accept part of this suggestion if you want.
That's all I wants to discuss for the new SE5 games, but please pay attention and make no mistake because there's too much things need to improve your new SE5 game and fixes the game mechanics and the bugs problem, to make sure this new SE games did not crash while the player are still playing game, BUT YOU CAN ACCEPT PART OF MY SUGGESTION AND THE DISCUSSION IF YOU BELIEVE THE PC CAN'T HANDLE TOO MUCH MEMORY. But if you though or believe the discussion and the suggestion I given you can help you improve the new SE5 games, please don't thank you for me, let the other player will tell anything after they experienced the new SE5 games. If my suggestion and my discussion may not accept by Rebellion, I would not force you. You can make your decision and you are the creator and the developer of this game series, I'm just give you some discussion and some suggestion while you are still developing the SE5 games. Don't worry, there's no need to be rush. Creating a game cannot be rushing without checking the to-do-list. If the game's crash or the game's appear bugs and glitch, it will affect the player ratings the new game after they experienced, that's why the game developer cannot ignore or forget to fixing the bugs, the game mechanics, any problems from the new game.
Any game company can release the Alpha Demo gameplay for the player at first, then release the Beta Demo gameplay to the player after the player experienced the Alpha Demo, so they can release the Official Final gameplay to the player at last.
Release the Alpha Demo and then the Beta Demo game will bought some time for the company to fix the game bugs and improve the game before they can release the Final, Official game to us.
And just like I say, they can accept part of my suggestion and make decision to improve the game and make it better. There's nothing we can do if the game release will be delayed, things has to be slow and smooth, and make the things better, make the things in a better place. We must have confidence to them, they are not going to give up for it. :)
The contents previously proposed to Rebellio N are as follows.
[Rifle and Shooting Positioning]
- Bipods, or resting a weapon on objects reducing their fatigue and increasing accuracy and stability.
- Tracer ammunition

[Equipment]
Each item should have weight and sniper have total weight to carry. We just thought it is natural that weight of rifle bullet, teller mine, etc are all different. In SE4, to carry around those items we even carry body itself :)
[Walk speed]
When you are injured, you would not be able to run fast.
When badly injured, you would only be able to crawl flat on the ground and youe life point gradually lose to death.
[Movable objects]
It will be great if you can move some object like table or desk to use as shield, or move some environmental explosives.
[COOP]
Carrying injured coop player would be good.
[POW]
It would be interesting if you can knock enemy senseless, interrogate, keep as POW.
[Medical items in COOP]
Player want to hand medical item to the other player.
[Difficulty level setting]
Authentic Plus is great fun. We want harder modee like Ultimate level where you can not use medical items at all! AND Ultimate level does not allow makes you start game without any equipment/weapons!
[New weapons/equipments]
Molotov cocktail(if you can make this will be good)
Cigarrete and lighter
FP-45 Liberator
M7(grenade launcher) and Walther Kampfpistole
M15(Smoke Grenade
[Bush]
Enemy should find you when you crouch in bush. Only when you lie down in bush,they do not see you.
[After enemy died]
Enemy soldiers should take some sort of action like moving friend's body away, put him in body bag etc.
[Knives/Rope]
Player want to have multiple knives, throw it to enemy.
Using rope to kill enemy, or carry stuff, use to make clapper etc.
[Swim]
Swim action will be useful.
[Time and Weather]
Change of time/weather makes this game better.
[Map editor MOD]
Great if you have this.
[Some type of enemy unrealistic?]
We hope to see more number of enemy, tougher AI, rather than almost immortal jaeger soldier with LMG or black cloth...

Good idea! But there's still a few suggestion we need to discuss:
1. Rifle and Shooting Positioning
Bipods are truly exist in WWI, but most of the sniper in WWII history never attached Bipods in the field, they are still maintained the ancient way of hand-held without a Bipods-stand in WWII. This should be noticed if we want the history of WWII more accurately.
2. Movable objects
This suggestion should more useful if movable objects can come in handy, we also can use any-size of the box, table, chair, even bookshelf use to barricade the door, windows, even the hole. We also can use those objects to climbs the walls, climbs into the vent, even the hole on the roof.
The Environmental Explosive could come in handy if you need to moving it and cause the explosive to the enemy.
3. POW
Rebellion had already did this in SE4 while the player had a mission to capture the Rocket Scientist and interrogate him at the next mission. But we can also capture and control the enemy to force him to make a fake call on the phone, on the telegraph, even the radio call. Knock out, make enemy senseless, or interrogate enemy in the field could come in handy, but sometime the enemy won't tell you anything during the interrogation while you are doing this in the field.
4. New weapons/equipments
The Molotov Cocktails will be good for helping the Resistance if the Resistance can equip and use it to against the Nazi Germany.
Cigarrete and lighter could a good use if you need to light up candle and molotov cocktails or use to light up the gasoline and cause the fire or even the explosives. But it might be require 1 more inventory slot in the game.
And the Smoke Grenade, I don't think there is M15 smoke grenade during WWII, but we can use M16 and M18 smoke grenade in WWII during the mission, both smoke grenade can using it in the different way like blind the enemy shot or the sniper shot, both smoke grenade can use the different smoke cloud's color to show the different signal and both smoke grenade's effect duration will be different too.
5. Bush
The Bush also can be more challenge if the enemy can see you crouch into the bush but you craw into the bush. But some of the bush can help you hide behind the bush without hide into the bush so the enemy won't see you through the bush walls. You can hide behind the bush like take cover with the bush walls but the bush only can reduce some bullet damage to the player, and it won't save you from the explosives damage.
6. After enemy died
Enemy soldiers are not just moving his friend's body away after he died, the enemy AI should also doing other action like moving his friend away from the gunfight after his friend were injured and his friend cannot fighting or moving.
7. Swim
The player should swimming quietly without being seem by the enemy, the enemy AI should see you while you are swimming. The swimming technique need to discuss later, specially in WWII.
8. Time and Weather
This suggestion will be good if Rebellion can let the player choose the right time and the right weather during the mission.
9. Map editor MOD
It will be a good idea if Rebellion can give anyone the chance to create their own map, challenge if Rebellion can make the SE scenario workshop to anyone who have own the SE game.
10. Some type of enemy unrealistic?
Rebellion should need to fix AI, like the player character, the enemy and the allies before release the official game, more enemy number may not help the player can play the game smoothly, sometime, too much AI people in the game may crash the game including the bugs, glitches, even affects the game mechanics. Fixing the people AI and adjust the number of the people AI in the game should prevent the game's crash.
11. Localization
Well, I hope Rebellion are also can support Chinese language too!
Not just Japanese Language! But please let Rebellion make decision for all of us, we will be happy if Rebellion can support other language into the game! :)

Looking forward to the 16 player on multiplayer.
Loved the Skill Tree on SE4 - makes you work for achievements - as well as the weaponry upgrading - not just buy a pack and have the good stuff - each weapon had to be upgraded with all the in game action - so much more to being a part of the journey and appreciating ones final Mastered Weapon.
In game currency was a hit for many playing SE4.
Looking forward to a good couple of Long shots in SE5 ~
