Nothing wrong with doing your own of course. I'm taking my own notes as well and try to use guides and lists only to remember stuff that I already found out myself. But if someone's looking for information about the details of this game's mechanics, then the link I posted honestly looks like the better option, at least to me.
I don't like that the spreadsheet you linked doesn't presort memories from rereading books/films/records in any way that helps speed up finding which books to pick to quickly gather memories for upgrading skills which in my experience is about 80% of the drudgery that a spreadsheet should be designed to eliminate.
Honestly, I just wish I could find a way to share the document with the filters enabled.
