how to get into library? plz help

i struggle to get entrance. 2nd attemt (first with blacksmith, now reverent), explored village but i cant find "the key" into library itself? How to get this "ink" is mentioned in the letter to me to write an answer? plz help

fix bridge, get into gatekeeper's cabin, grab the key and voila, you can make&loot&find ink later

had the exact same issue. Didn't realize that in the cottage next to Hush house there's items now you can pick up and interact with. Took me 30 minutes to accidentally click on one and figure it out. That could've probably been explained better

wow. thx guys. didnt understand i have to zoom into so much... i dont like UI in this game at all :/

Since the zooming is rather slow, if you haven't discovered it already you might like to know about the 1 key, which zooms aaaaaaaaall the way in. And then the 2 and 3 keys for medium and all the way out.

the 1, 2, and 3 keys, just above the letters on your keyboard and below the function keys.

You can rebind them in Settings, of course. Can also look at the other keyboard shortcuts there.

Oh for f.. sake, I zoomed out in the beginning to see as much as i can, never zoomed in, had no idea how to progress, I guessed I will eventually find the key if i comb the beach and go to the forest, did this for 2 hours, I thought what an awfully long tutorial :D

There's another way in I found when I first started playing and couldn't figure out the zoom. If you go to the beach you can explore with health or trist and any knowledge, and eventually you'll either find keys or bricks with 3 knock, either will let you win. I try not to think too much about what it means that you used a brick to enter the house.
