Even with gnolls they're good: either traps can take the gnolls, or you can, or archers themselves in sufficient numbers and even better if with Steel Weaver (they will still suffer casualties but hey, they will revive on the next break).

After playing the second OMD!, I feel they're soo much worse. They were amazing in OMD!2, but here they're just "good". Especially when it comes to fliers, I feel like I need way more archers to defeat them, than in the second game.

Idk, just have many of them+optionally fire arrows. And Autoballistas won't mess with the limit like in the 2nd game, though 25 is still too little for the Finale.
