How do I access the editor? Not finding it in the menu,etc....

soooo apparently this game can't actually run at direct x 10 like it says. The problem is I checked the mark so the settings don't come up when you launch the game and now I can't change the direct x back. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing. How the hell do I get it to run at direct x 9 now...

I have two monitors and whenever I move my mouse too far to the right, the mouse comes out of the game and onto my secondary monitor. If I click, the game minimizes and when I try to go back into the game it crashes. This makes the game unplayable for me, which is unfortunate because this game looks awesome. I've refunded the game for now, but is there some kind of fix for this? If there is I'll get it again as I'd love to check it out and I even got the bundle with the first game because it looks so amaz...

When loading PT Boats: SG, the game crashes while Initialising Ships. I cannot access the menu or game, it just stops there, and pop's up with the Debug/Error message. Any ideas? I've verifyed integrity of the game (Steam local files option), redownloaded the file. It hasnt helped far as I know....
