Try here:
C:\Users\<username>\Documents\My Games\Reckoning\
Copy the latest .sav file to somewhere else like your desktop.
Open your Steam version of Reckoning. Make a character, doesn't matter since it'll soon be overwritten. Save the character. Now, you need to find the save game for Steam.
Mine is here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<usernumber>\102500\remote\
The Steam program id is 102500 -- you can see that in the URL if you go to the Steam store on the Web and search for it.
The new save file that you just made with the Steam version of Reckoning should be the latest .sav file. Copy the name of the save file. Go to the copy of the Origin .sav that you stashed away (say, on your Desktop) and rename it to exactly the same as the Steam file name.
Then copy the Origin .sav to the Steam folder above and overwrite Steam's saved game. Now, you should be able to pick up where you left off in Reckoning.
Just to be safe, I named my profile in Steam's Reckoning to the same as in the Origin Reckoning -- but I don't know if it matters.
Hope that made sense. Good luck.
