game will not go past loading logo from steam
i get the orc in a rectangle box as the game is loading up then black screen with 2 seconds of music then my signal to the monitor goes.. i can get out using windows button but no image or sound from the game tab

i have the same problem. I downloaded the game and it trys to load for the first time then orc screen, then windows says program not responding? any hints??

same here wont let me go on, i might try re-downloading but still it shoud be working any tips would be extremly helpfull

If you got the popup window with the troll guy, you should be fine. I noticed it took a very long time to load when I started, like over a minute or more. Just let it run and it should eventually work.

that still didnt work for me i hope that ea support can fix it quick and also i left it to start for 20m

i have figured it out and i have fixed it the game runs at 1280x720 so you will need to change your screen resolution to that then when the game is open go to options then resolution change it to 1920x1080 then quickly go to your desktop resolution and change it back to 1920x1080 and quickly open the game and confirm the setting and then restart it and it should work. u have to do that in under 15 seconds by the way.

I've change my resolution to 1280x720 but I still have the same problem :/

change your resolution that match game's resoultion (1280x720), then disable fullscreen. then change in-game resolution you liked. save and close game.. change your desktop resolution.
then start game. it should fixed.
that what i did.

I can't change the in game resolution cause the game still doesn't start, I change my desktop resolution to 1280x720, then launch the game but windows still says programm don't respond :/

try changing it to a even lower resolution maybe that will work

I've tried with all the differents resolutions x) I'm trying to restart the computer with 1280x720, hope it will be enough
