Nina Malloi bug - NPC doesn't follow

Does anybody know how to fix this problem? I'm at the end of 'araktar' (dont know the proper name), and the NPC 'nina malloi' doesnt follows me. Get stuck in side of the dungeon, can't finish the quest... :\

This links to the quest page with possible work arounds when things mess up. I'm getting sick of saying it but save save save. this way you can revert to saves for hopefully the easiest fix. sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. don't rely on your auto save

Hey have the Same Problem she dont Follows and stays at the room with akara BUT thats not the Problem at the end she Spawns at the last stairs and Dont follow me than so i the Game said i Must talk to her but i cant because the Wall between us :/ i read a guide but that didnt worked
