How do i rebind keys?

They keep messing me around, i want to make the arrow keys my movement keys, but it changes it to the camera/..

Use the Controls menu. It works just like you expect and even lets you map to mouse buttons, too, which not all games do.

You have to first map your camera to keys nothing else is using before you map your movement keys, or the thing get confused and locks both camera and movement to your arrow keys.

You could also do this: Map the camera to your numpad keys. Press Numlock so it's off and re-assign the movement keys. 0 chance of them bugging up again if you want to assign keys later on (again put Num lock off before re-assigning).

Make sure you reset you bindings to default first (once messed up new bindings won't stick), then remap the camera keys to empty keys on you keyboard (like the numpad keys), then once the keys you want to use are "clear" you can remap your movement keys to the arrow keys.

It's a bug where keys can't have the same keybinding or it will mess up. Hope this helps you out :)

Having an issue rebinding/swapping run and swap weapons.

Currently run is left control, swap is Q. I want to make run Q, and swap mouse thumb 2...
I first set swap to thumb 2, then I change run to Q....thumb 2 will swap weapons, but Q will always do both.

Wat do?

Unfortunately this is NOT possible. I truly hate WASD and if no other option I always map to W left mouse button. Here it is not possible. Guess will refound via Steam.

May 2020 and the problem is still there. I bought the game and wanted to map the keys so that I can be more comfortabel with my left hand use of the mouse.

Dont get me wrong is not a problem is just that i prefer to use the up/down/left keys instead of wasd.

I tried to remap the keys but then I get the error in this topic, I tried to use the numpad or unused keys, but still got into the problem.
