Show me your character's faces!
Ack, every time i get a new game, I get stuck in the character creator, trying to make the "perfect face". The fact that I realized that I can make then look vastly different, even in the same model has added so many more possibilities.

So, I need inspiration! Show me your character appearances. Below are some I've come up with. I wanna make a mage of some sort, but not sure what KIND of mage...and the face has gotta fit, imo.

(1 is more dark sorceress, 2 is more Wild mage, 3 is more Monk/Buddhist, 4 is generic)

Select any preset face, disable hide helmet in game settings and BOOM perfect face every time

I usually spent a lot of time creating the perfect standar character in a lot of games, i remember more that one hour with each character i made in oblivion.
Well, this time, i feel i needed a imperfect face, a brute one, so i click the random buttom, and in one min i had what i wanted. A really ugly one, and scary.
Probably when you get older, you get tired of those perfect faces!
Interesting post, lancer, and sorry for my awful english. Good luck with the search of the perfect face (and with fitting an appropiate name!).
Farewell

When I first tried the demo, I tought my char would be ugly and that I'd just have to leave the helmet on forever.

But surprisingly, unlike any other game, the final result is way better than the preview in the creator.

Here's my char, I disabled tatoos while playing the demos and tried some black lines tatoo once I started 'for real' with the game, it doesn't render bad :

I have noticed that they tend to be better looking outside the creator. Maybe it is all the bloom.

I'm giving "Kylie" a run for a bit, to see how I like her. She's a variation on #1, with brighter eyes, cause the other just looked a tad to evil. I don't want evil, just morally ambiguous. (Name came after the face, cause I had a nostalgia flashback of the Extreme Ghostbusters.)

Cool thread and cool characters. :)

Here is my dokkalfar (his eyes are yellow but they look red on the picture):

Neat!
Kind of reminds me of the Uruk-hai from LOTR

Thanks, that must be the tattoo, I was thinking about the villains in Fists of the North Star (flashy colours and creepy looking).

I tried to make a character that looked like the Nameless One from Planescape Torment but I didn't succeed.

For mage is the best to take a Dokkalfar -->bonus on magic and convince!

I play no Dokkalfar, so my characters face is insignificant :friendship:
