Anyone managed to not have die as part of the Invaders quest? I told her to go after the leader earlier and didn't take her during The Offering so I'm curious if I caused her to be dead or if it's just a dev thing.

She can be saved as I did it on my first play through, but I'm not sure what I did different to cause it..

This the chiefs daughter on the Island of Dead Kel, isn't that right?

Do you remember what choices you did regarding her?

What I remember is that she was alive and well after I dealt with Dead Kel, and even talked to her before I headed back to the Port City of Rathir... I didn't know that she could die.

I took her during the Offering from what I remember.

Basically I think the devs ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and made a quest accessible earlier than it's meant to be. The choice between send her after the leader or stay is what I think kills her. And since it relates to the after final boss quest The Invaders I'm pretty sure it's not meant to be something you can do until after you fight Kel but it's accessible almost from the moment you start the dlc.
