Old Friends, New Foes glitch

It is sending me to fight Gnarsh but the rocks in front of the cave won't clear. Perhaps a troll is supposed to be guarding it but is not there to advance?

It appears it was my own fault. I used a mod to unlock all the fast travel locations and going directly to the Haxhi Dam rather than walking there caused the problem.
