Removing Training Points?
I was hoping to max out my skills, but I messed up and missed some earlier trainers. By now, even after Fateweaving, some of my abilities have 4+ points in them thanks to trainers and books, meaning I can't go back and get the points from the 0-3 level trainers.

Am I out of luck? Thanks!

Yeah, but a skill like Mercantile is quite useless so you can sacrifice some points from that to the more important skills

The "Jack of all Trades" imperative (when you have lots of skill points in each discipline) gives 3 Skill Levels to every skill. That is the only way to max them all out if you already mismanaged the trainers at the 0-3 levels (more than 1 Skill Level).

It is not trivial to be able to max them all out without the "Jack of all Trades" fate affirmation. It is a delicate balance between finishing areas, raising money and opening up new areas with more trainers.

It is a kind of mini-game, in itself and it is kind of fun. It involves not using books or taking skill levels at level-up until trainers have been found and utilized. Skill levels you can take at level-up without underutilizing trainers become precious. At the start of the game you can take two levels for each skill. After you have found both trainers in the 0-3 range that opens two more levels you can take at level-up (assuming you save the book for that skill). In the 7-9 range there are 3 skills you can increase twice with trainers (and once with the book if you saved it). You can take 1 Skill Level at level up for the other skill in the 7-9 range.

In summary, there are two trainers at the 0-3 level for each skill, one in the 4-6 range and one in the 7-9 range in the base game. There are three possible trainers additional in the 7-9 range. The only way to max out all skills is to use all of them, plus the level ups, except there is one extra.

As pointed out, you do not actually need all or even any of the skills to be maximum. Please do not fret about that. I recommend focusing on the skills that will really help you and leaving the mini-game of maxing all skills for a later replay.

How about collecting like lot of gold...120, 130, 150 or even 200 k and then going at a fatewaver and reseting ur skills and after, first thing it's to go at the training points

After u trained some of ur skills u can use the skill points which u got from lvl up. U can do that everytime u got 130-150 or 200 k of gold cuz a training can get up to, from 12 to 15 or 16 k idk exactly.
