(You can play these as any class of course - the House of Ballads is probably my favorite of the three - but the loot that drops will be more focused to these particular specializations.)
- House of Ballads (for magic-focused playthrough) (be sure to have plenty of potions for the final boss)
- Warsworn (for soldier / knight playthrough)
- Travelers (for rogue playthrough)
Other faction quests:
- The Scholia Arcana
- House of Sorrows (only available later in the game, tends to get skipped but is really good imo)
And if you have the DLC:
- Gravehal (Dead Kel)
- Teeth of Naros (from DLC of the same name) (warning, the final boss is very hard)
Are there any side quest, Not the faction quests that are worth giving a shot? I already beat Teeth Of Naros. I just need to finish The Dead Kel DLC next.
For the rest, whatever you feel like doing. Special loot that you want to keep and use isn't really a thing in Amalur (not even armor sets). It's far more likely you'll want to break it down and get good components for crafting, in which case fighting Tuatha / Trolls / Jottun etc. will serve just as well.
