Your Character Build
Curious to see peoples builds and how they've worked out

ex: My build is going for a kind of Mageblade
Even split between Might for offensive (Greatsword Mastery, Quake, and any defense buffing passives) and Sorcery for support skills (Sphere of Protection, staff mastery, and the Storm Bolt line)

Mainly use greatsword for damage with sphere of protection up, using storm bolt to stun larger enemies for aoe. Staff on the back mostly for burning webbing.

On my third respec and so far, straight finesse is working best for me. Maxing dagger and fae with poison tree so far.

Finesse sorceress here , and she is Awesome. I want to be able to open all locked chests and doors , remove all traps. I like my character to be superfast. I also love using the fae blades and the chakrams . :totlellie:

Universalist! - For the Win!

Love the Great Swords and Chakrams with lots of Lightning thrown in. The Skill Level Bonus is just too sweet to pass up.Soon, I'll be poisoning them too!

Battle mage build is so much fun. i have fire chakrams on secondary and switch between might weapons on primary depending on the enemies in the area. I always rush high dispel for the widow quest as well, and then go persuasion/detect. this is actually my first playthrough where im leveling crafting skills as well, and im liking it so far

Alfars start with lvl 2 dispel, which is enough for a while, especially if you go Universal.

Detect skills get secret doors and Blacksmithing is possibly too good. Love the Gem crafting! The drops improve and the epic gems come later...Again, it's possibly too good.

altered my set a bit.

Switched to Might for all damage. Quake is good for aoe and adrenaline surge is a nice safety net.
sorcery is mostly supportive spells. Barrier for less damage, ice barrage/winters embrace for slowing down enemies making them a bit easier to handle.

skill wise focused on detect hidden for loot and persuasion for peaceful solutions.

will need to reset all my skills once I find all the trainers to get the permanent bonuses

Lots of low level trainers in Ysa. Shouldn't be a problem after that.

I will probably use every build possible in one character like I did in skyrim

Mostly Might with a little sorcery for passive and sustain. Sustained are Battle Frenzy and Sphere of Protection. Actives include Harpoon, Relentess Assault and War Wry. Turned on Relentless Assault and War Cry, ran in with my Hammer and smashed everything. Used Harpoon for the fast enemies. Hammer is Fist of Kreios from Teeth of Naros. Armor is a mix of durability and damage with some +Might skills. Accessories are Overwhelming Medallion of Shelter for damage and magic protection, Peacemaker for pure damage and health regen and Ring of Judgement for health and mana + regen for both.
With The Legend of The Dead Kel I was able to max out all of my skills. That takes good planning tho.
Overall breezed through the game with little issue. I was so tanky that only some bosses actually did damage to me and my hammer did so much damage that by the time i drank my potions the battle was over. Give it a try if you want an easy time smashing things.

There's really no build I dislike, although pure Might is kind of annoying at low levels.

I'm on my second playthrough on Hard now, trying to finally get the 100% achievements completion, and I've been trying to raise all abilities equally since the start and also all skills too... paying attention to trainers and books to be able to use the trainers when I reach them.

I purposely avoided blacksmithing this time around so I'm using whatever gear I can find that's better than I had.

Focusing mostly on might weapons (Longsword) for killing, with some sorcery support (lightning fire and ice abilities as actives), and Fae Blades as secondary weapon for back-stabs when I can, but I'm raising all three branches equally, since I'm going the path of the Jack of all Trades.

I'm at about level ~30 now with already all skills already maxed (thanks to the +2 skills from the equipped destiny) and mostly about to reach Klurikon... been focusing on main quest mostly and just doing the side-quest needed to get the persuasion checks for the achievement... and now that I got that, is main quest only from now on :)

First playthrough was on normal using full Sorcery and Chakrams (which are by far my fav weapon)
