The think to check at whatever resolution you use is the quest menu. If you are using a resolution too high that menu (showing your quests) will not work properly.

There may be a way of solving the problem and still be able to use 4k, it was discussed in threads a while ago but the resolution I use, with is approximately what you said is, I believe supported, or close to it. It is possible to use resolutions that mess up the quest menus slightly and still be able to run at that, but full 4k resolution (roughly 4000x2000) does not work, at least unless you apply and have success with whatever fix some players may have found (check earlier threads for that if desired).

Even if you somehow manage to run the game at 4K, the texture quality of basically everything in the game won't be able to catch up anyway becuz it's originally designed for last gen console running the game between 720p and 1080p. You'll just have a bunch of bad looking stuff shown at a very high resolution.

Can i run it 1920x1080

Yes, it will work perfectly up to 1080P (1920 x 1080), once you go beyond that, the quest menus will bug out making the game very difficult to play.

I don't know if this was ever fixed (and I suspect it was not).
