DLC Legend of Dead Kel + Teeth of Naros
It's better play Kingdom of Amalur (main game campaign) or better play first Legend of Dead Kel and Teeth of Naros?

This DLC's have new armor and weapons?

The DLCs do have new armor and weapons; however since the armor and weapon stats depend on the Fateless One's level, the armor and weapons will have lower stats if you try to get them early. Also the Legend of Dead Kel requires a minimum level of at least 10 before you can play it.

It's up to you how you want to play. I personally get tired of doing just the main game quest line and tend to mix in side quests and the two DLCs later at later levels before I finish the main game. Once you are at level 10 or higher you can do the DLCs at any time, you don't need to finish the main game or do them at the beginning (in the case of Dead Kel you can't do it at the beginning.)
I would advise people to play the main campaign first, not only for story purposes (so you'll understand some of what people are talking about in the DLCs, even though they have their own story lines) but also because you'll appreciate how different and unique the experience is from the main campaign/core game. Also, you have to be level +10 to have access to the Dead Kel DLC. Level +10 and make it all the way to Rathir (which is on the edge of the map). For Teeth of Naros DLC, you can be any level.

And yes, definitely. The DLCs do have new armor and weapons. You can look them up on google to see how they look. I'm farming for the pirate armor pieces (they're not in a set) in the Dead Kel DLC. The only piece I'm missing are the leggings.

(For the record, I played +300 hours-two playthroughs (40-50 hours in Teeth of Naros and 20-25 hours in Dead Kel. I also wrote a review of the main/core game and Teeth of Naros. DLC).
