Wow, that's it I guess.
However, there's also a very specific patch that had been shared around RWS' forums, and using it fixes this issue.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure if the other would violate ToS. So, maybe, if one was curious about it, they'd put into Google or Bing or somesuch, something like "Postal 3 no DRM" and MAYBE they'd find some file that went around Running With Scissors' forums. Maybe. It's a possibility.

What's the problem with using the patch tho? Does it somehow hinder the experience?
I hope nothing, about to find out.. I literally bought a physical copy (STILL HAVE IT IN MY HANDS) of this crap, it BETTER work, one way or ANOTHER.
Ok the game still functions from my physical install, thanks to the community, NOT anyone else involved.
