Obviously, this is a poor substitute for short, punchy explanations in the game:
Stress Res: https://cyberknightswiki.tresebrothers.com/Stress_and_Hype
Wound Res: https://cyberknightswiki.tresebrothers.com/Injury,_Bleeding,_and_Recovery#Wounds
Matrix AP: https://cyberknightswiki.tresebrothers.com/Matrix#Matrix_Action_Points
The official wiki for the game is certainly a great place to look up information on topics the tooltips don't fully cover (yet!). Note that you can reach the official wiki through the game itself by using the "Wiki" button in the pause menu (Google unfortunately displays the exceptionally crappy one on Fandom first).
Alternatively there is the Trese Brothers discord for cases where you run into some question you can't find on the wiki (Or for case were you'd just like to chatter about the game). It's a pretty active place for a game that is in EA. So if you feel like it, just drop in.
