I don't think so. On their youtube channel, Bandai has a hidden video in their Storm Connections' playlist. Surely it is another trailer for upcoming dlc and stuff (it wouldn't be the first time they do that, same was with isshiki and the others).

Yes. In fact, they were releasing characters each last thursday of the month, but now it can be different because they didn't even officially announce the 2nd season pass.
