For the slowness, that could be connection but also maybe your PC can't run the game.. If you haven't already try reducing the graphics quality down to it's lowest settings <3
Your pc isn't up to spec so it slows down to compensate.
Lower your graphics settings or switch to 30 fps mode
I have been reading these articles for 2 days now, because I had the same problem, but minutes ago I found the solution! At least for my PC. Here is what an author of an other article told and it really helped.
How to fix Slow Motion.
1. Go to your desktop
2. Right Click in any blank space
3. Go to Display Settings (should be closer to the bottom)
4. Scroll all the way down and click on graphics settings
5. Click Browse
6. Go to your game directory
(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja STORM CONNECTIONS)
7. Click OPM.exe
8. It should come up on the list inside graphic settings
9. Click on it and then click options
10. Select High Performance and Click save.
11. Open The Game and enjoy
Try it out and tell me if it worked!
Just an FYI, you forgot to change OPM.exe to NSUNSC.exe - I'm assuming this guide was taken from the One Punch Man game.
Just wanted to mention it in case anyone was confused looking for an OPM.exe in their game files! You're looking for NSUNSC.exe instead!
