the game runs in slow motion

You have under 60fps some games like resident evil also do slow motion if your FPS is under also if you have an IGPU its most likely running off that instead of your dedicated GPU you will have to change that in windows gaming settings

if u have laptops like mine where integrated video uses with gpu u should disable cpu video (for me it's playing from type-c DP)

yeah the game has a 60 fps bug this has been a issue since storm 4 on pc and it was never fixed.Download dxvk https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/releases and take the dx11.dll and dxgi.dll and put it in the same folder as the game exe (just make sure the game is set to 30fps)

Just in case if anyone asked what DXVK=it switches the graphics api allowing naruto storm connections to run on vulkan instead of directx 11

This is the way. DXVK fixed all slowdown/stutter issues for me since NUNS 4. Although I had zero issues running both games at 60 FPS after that; I didn't have to set it to 30.

Ive got dxgi.dll, where can I find dx11.dll?

Edit: used the d3.d11, and this did get the game running in 30fps but crashes when i try to change out of windowed mode

yeah its best u keep it in windowed mode until bandai released a patch to fix this

The game isn't that demanding, if you aren't getting 60 FPS its probably on your end for the PC settings.
