No. There should be many, many more characters. Where are all the old costumes?

It's cool, but silly that they talk about cleaning up the roster so that reskins with the same moveset aren't there anymore, and skins with different moves get their own slot, but then they have a page dedicated to boruto, where most of the old grown up cast have the shippuuden movesets. The wedding day costumes, which are obviously boruto skins, are on the shippuuden characters skin choices. If we trim the duplicates would we still have 100+ characters as advertised?

I miss my DLC skins but it's no major loss. Enjoying it so far.

They will probably come as DLC. Which characters are missing? Unless I'm mistaken, all the characters from Storm 4 are available and we have the new characters.

All the costumes you have to purchase in the collections tab. All the costumes look like they're there from Storm 4 as well including brand new ones.

now if we had jutsu clashes back along with fighting on the wall awakening ults give tilts back no reasion to remove it give us the support only characters back make them into full characters like they should be better net code better story give us the side combo back along with other combos that were removed give us the og ultimates back with full animations to the faster version give us true awakenings back for obito hashirama and madara give us cordinated attack combo back awakening flick etc when we get all that when it will be best ever also crossplay

So i guess is people are salty because they feel that this game should have been a dlc for storm 4 instead of a full price game and there isn't any private lobby at launch?

what about the new added characters, stages, modes, outfits etc....

The game is certainly lacking in many regards but I wouldn't say it brings nothing to the table. I'm both excited and terrified for the combo potential we've got with the changes to knockdown/stun mechanics.

adding 10 new characters, adding what 5 new outfits?. most stages barely nood and Modes? please explain what mode is new?

History mode has been in the games since storm 2-4.

this new boruto story mode is 90% cutscenes 10% combat and the main antaganist of it are not even playable.

I suggest you go back and play storm 1-4 and then realise how this game has added barely anything new. and you will notice how storm 2-3-4 always added a large roster plus massive story open world modes.

this game is not worth the price.

History mode is shockingly abysmal, I went in expecting nothing but a simple copy+paste of the fights and sequences from the previous storm games and it feels like they only managed to include about 30% of them. "Penultimate storm game" my ass.

While history mode is lackluster, it is a bonus. The marketing of this game was all about the gameplay tweaks, new characters, and the original story for the game so I personally can't dislike it that much. And lets be fair, it's no different from Storm 4's main story mode which did disappoint me as that was the major thing of that game.

But to say it's the best?

If I can roam around villages in the Story mode like other Naruto games, then it's in that argument. It sounds silly but I do enjoy exploring the villages.
