kawaki DLC not showing up in the game

I have tried reinstalling the game and everything but he doesn't show up in the game. i've seen some other posters having the same issue. how do i fix this?

i have another problem, i send email to bandai and they say:

I sent it to them some screenshoots where i have SEASON PASS, AND PURCHASE RECEIPT, BUT THEY SAID THEY NEEDED OTHER SCREENSHOTS FROM THE PURCHASE OF DLC :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
