My Hagoromo is missing

I bought the dlc pack 1 and hagoromo is popping up but hes invisible and not playable his icon is the will of fire thing and his model wont pop up if i pick him and try loading into a fight it just loads forever and never loads

Similar issue, I can't play as him. I can see him in the collection but I don't see him in the roster to play as. I see his ninja cards, voices, colors, but not Hagoromo himself when setting up a team formation. I've even reinstalled the game.

you sure you dont have any mods ? they can mess up the character slots after the update

same here, no mod installed, even reinstalled the game, hagoromo it's no on my character select screen.

at this point i have no idea what causes the issue sorry guys i mean for me the update worked flawlessly i downloaded it and there he was one last thing that comes to my mind is go to the game page on your library and on the right there is my dlc's section disable the hagoromo dlc then shut off steam completly not just the x on the top right shut it down on the task manager then start steam again turn on the game see if hagoromo's slot has vanished then close the game again and turn the dlc back on and then check it out if it worked or not like i said if this dosen't work aswell i don't know what is...

lmao i don't know why but it did work. I had already tried disabling and enabling the DLC and he still wasn't showing up in my roster. I did what you said and completely shut off steam this time after disabling and enabling the DLC and he appeared.
