Does anyone know why you can't pre purdchase the Premium bundle to steam on Bandai's website?

I'm trying to pre-order the Premium Collector's Edition for PC at the Bandai US store as well and it's not letting me.

because steam dont mail you stuff thats why steam id pure digital so bundles that include items out side of game are not ever put online in digital store

It doesn't let me pre-order it though, the following error code always appears:

I contacted their support but they are clueless, they don't know what this error means.

If someone manages to successfully place an order for the Premium Collector's Edition (Steam) please let me know, I've been trying for a month now with no avail :(

I can't pre-order Sound Ultimate Edition at steam because Credit Card declined, despite it's not reach the limit yet

your bank could locked it check ya messages or call ya bank to clear that up
