frame drops

so I just got this game and seems fun but whenever I am in the city my frames drop so much they drop down to 30fps my specs are 16gb ram rtx 4060 i5-12600K this is so far the only vr game that has been giving me issues

Falling through the map after starting

After i boot into the main menu, i fall through the map and cant select my profile, please help.

fall through second floor of HQ, can't get to computer or sleep

anyone have this issue? i've had it for man months now, figured with newer updates it may be fixed, but is it just me I wonder? I can't even progress the game because I can't do the first sleep as part of the intro.
