I'm having severe input lag. How do I fix it?

In order to minimize input lag, you and whoever you're playing with should try to be on the same region. You set this in your Settings. When you join someone's game, the game will be hosted in the Host's Region. So if you're playing on a region other than your own, expect higher input lag.

I'm getting disconnected from the game when I play online.

If possible, try to play games on your Region. If that still doesn't work, let us know, and we'll investigate it!

I killed a bunch of Ronalds, but my score wasn't submitted to the Leaderboard.

In order to submit your score to the Leaderboard, you need to be online. If you're playing by yourself, make sure you uncheck Play Offline. If you're playing online, then as long as you kill at least 1 Ronald, your score will be posted to the Leaderboard.

The Reforged version of Element TD has X bug.

I'm sure the various versions of Element TD on Reforged have a wide variety of bugs. As stated in the FAQ though, none of the versions floating around on Reforged are made by or supported by us, and unfortunately, we're unable to help you with any bugs or issues you run into on any Reforged version.

Please post this in bug reports so that we can work with you on it. Helpful info would be which loading screen (before main menu or trying to go into a level). You may also want to use Steam verify integrity of game files.

There is some kind of desync when I play with my friends. It does not matter who is the host. The number of lives, elements and other things are not the same (I won a game because my friend die in my version when in his game he was still alive). Sometimes he won lives with life tower and it does not count in my game.

If someone in the game has bad internet, is far away geographically, or has a bad computer...you would see that.

The game starts up but I cant interact with anything. I click on options and a massage says it cant because it doesn't register a steam account. I cant play the game

You need to have Steam running and also launch from Steam.

What is it?! Since the Update i can't play any ranked Games i allways get disconected from the server ???? The Game loads it's start counting then load screen comes on and then when im connected it says level 25 and i get message disconected from the server .... every time that happens .... no matter choose or random Ranked Match ... that suxxs !!!!! Before the update that never happened !!!!

We're aware of this issue and are working on a fix. We'll be running some testing sessions on the discord in a few hours. With any luck, it'll work out-of-the-gate, and we can push the update later today!

Hello, my friends and I recently purchased this game and have been addicted! We play the multiplayer co-op mode and almost everytime we've almost reached wave 40+ one of us always randomly disconnects back into lobby due to "synchronizing" It's always a different player every time. We all have great internet and meet well over the requirements for pc specs. It gets extremely frustrating to commit when we never get a chance to complete it. Could you tell me if this synchronizing issue is known or check if there is a fix coming soon? Thank you and love the game!

Ok, input lag..

I play on the EU Server, even If I host the Game, I got input lags

Singleplayer is fine, Multiplayer is not

If I'm the host, why I do have the input lags? I have a really good connection, 20mb/s download and upload

Because we are using client to server, not peer to peer. So being host simply means you are the lobby leader (kick player, change settings etc.). You are not actually hosting anything from a network perspective.

my game keeps crashing mid game after 4 mins and up to 21 min. a small error box pops up a green bar runs across and then closes the game or freez the computer, i have tryed diff settnings but still the same over and over.

i have updated my grafic driver

hope you can help, so far in love, but i need to get it fixed (installed yesterday and reinstalled today) still the same
