Incorrect, Rondo of Blood is indeed in the official Castlevania timeline
Also, Castlevania 4 is the easiest Castlevania game of all. I don't consider Kid Dracula very hard dark gothic, it's a cute kids game that's far from hard, and I don't even consider it as a Castlevania game.
Different era. Rondo changed a lot of up, Dracula X is just a half assed version of it and even reuses a lot of the art. If you wanted to make a non classic version of the next era in it Rondo, DracX, SoTN, the GBA and DS games would consist of them.
Chronicles would have and could have fit in this, which is really the only questionable exclusion.
Adventure ReBirth should have been in this collection with chronicles as well. Otherwise, the game list is fine.
Rondo of Blood is the original pc-engince release.
Dracula X is the inferior (though still decent) port for the SNES in US.
Vampire's Kiss, same case but for Europe.
No, it is. I will specify what I was saying:
Dracula X is Rondo of Blood i.e. the original PC Engine release like I actually said.
Dracula XX is Vampire's Kiss AKA the inferior SFC version.
In America, they simply called Vampire's Kiss Castlevania Dracula X because the PC engine game wasn't released outside Japan until the PSP remake came out, where it appeared alongside Dracula X 2: Nocturne in the Moonlight (SOTN) as an extra, found hidden in the remake as an unlockable like Sonic 1 in the console versions of Generations.
Well, did you find Akumajo Densetsu and Castlevania: Byakuya no Concerto to be to your liking? What ending did you get in Sirento Hiro Tsu?
I know their original titles (for some of them) but In a world where English titles for all Castlevania games localised or not, exist, please spare me the pretentious release history lesson. I think my point was pretty clear from my previous post.
Excuse me, but I happen to use the original names for things regardless of what country they are from because that's what they were first made as. E.g.it's Fahrenheit, not Indigo Prophecy, the first Harry Potter book is the philosopher's stone, not "sorcerer's stone" etc. Japanese games or other media are no different.
You made no point in your last post and there is no history lesson to be given other than the fact you didn't seem to know what they were called, as opposed to just being a bell-end like you definitely are here. Not to mention your attempts at using Japanese names for the Devil's Castle series are pretty poor: what the hell is "Byakuya of Concerto" supposed to be? Silent Hill 2 is not even a Devil's Castle/Castlevania game.
Just because I am actually learning Japanese doesn't mean I shove the titles of games from the country in their native language haphazardly whenever I speak or write them. English ones will do, in this case, Devil's Castle as opposed to Akumajou. It's also more appropriate when you do speak Japanese to use kana or kanji instead of roman script, like this: アップ ヨルズ、あなたのばっかのギリシャじんのワンカー。If you want to call it Castlevania, fair enough. However, don't correct anyone who'd rather use the original names instead; all it does is make you look like an ar5ehole.

Sorry to break it to you but your example of Fahrenheit is unrelated. Indigo Prophecy is the US name and Farheneit is the intenational name. Both are correct. It's the same case as with Genesis, also know as Mega Drive in Europe.
Anyway, have fun trying to exchange thoughts with other people about the series while trying not to sound ridiculous flinging around names like Mukoshikoru Gaiden that the vast majoriy of the fans ignore (and don't care about).
Sorry to break it to you but if you had been paying attention, you'd have seen that I am OK with people using the other names but I choose not to. To that end, I sometimes list both names with a slash e.g. Devil's Castle/Castlevania to remove confusion. I'd already edited the Silent Hill part before you posted your reply as I had guessed and addressed that.
The other examples are not unrelated; it's called "backing up my point". Again, I mostly use the English translations, not the literal Japanese name such as that "word I've never heard of that likely refers to Ninja Gaiden" game as it doesn't sound right to English speakers, which you'd know if you read the sodding post properly.
