thats the game bug with servers i think the problem is the cheap servers maybe.
i mean theres a stupid problem where my internet is bad yet good at the same time (i mean i get like 100 ping but i have a really good internet on tf2), could be that or smthing else

In multiplayer 2x the work is done to ensure host/client are seeing the same physics and etc, while in singleplayer it's just a single person. Tho, with each update multiplayer has gotten progressively better.
As mentioned to... Try turning off Vsync and cap to 60 FPS or lower that helped me with lag and desync.
Yeah, obviously. If you've ever played earlier multiplayer tests they we're so worse than now... You couldn't even drive half of the times! They improved it so much already, I'm hopeful next update it'll be even better, but still not fully fixed.
