Best Car/Engine combination?

Recently found out you can replace a cars engine with almost any other engine. Been using this to pull wacky things like using the gargantuan bus engine in the Beetle car (sucks) or the Plymouth Fury engine in almost any other car in order to get a massive speed boost (epic). Any other combos you guys tried yet?

From what I've heard, it's fun for wacky purposes, but a car w/ swapped engine still has a fixed sort of speed limit. (but swapping engines with certain cars can give large boost to acceleration/torque while not making it unbearable to drive, but you'll probably need to swap radiators w/ heavy duty engines) I slapped a bus engine on a moped once, it couldn't even reach the ground. Another one was the bus engine on the tanker truck, which ended up handling really well.

I've been driving a VW golf for awhile swapped with a Plymouth engine, It accelerates like crazy. Ive been able to reach around 200kmph but it gets really unstable and difficult to handle at that speed. I just recently swapped it with a bus engine (dumping all my gas was a pain) and it tops at around 120kmph and handles like a dream. Huge issue though is that it gulps down diesel so fast that range has been a problem.

Been driving the VW van with the Plymouth engine for nearly 4,000 km. It's quite the upgrade from the default air cooled lawnmower engine.
