Split Screen Multiplayer Mod

And here it is ! A splitscreen multiplayer mod that allows for local co-operateive play :)
I've put a lot of effort into getting this to work, I really hope you will enjoy !!

↑↑↑ Here is the mod file, you install the mod by downloading this file first.

To install it, follow these instruction:

1. Go to Steam, then to Library, find the The Long Drive
   
2. Right click The Long Drive, click Properties, go to the Local Files tab, and click Browse Local files.
   
3. Then you go into the TheLongDrive_Data folder, then the Managed folder.
   
4. Now you put the Assembly-CSharp.dll mod file you downloaded above into that folder, overwriting the existing one.

And then you have the mod installed !

You'll know you've installed it correctly when you see the mod name at the top of the menu screen.

To start a splitscreen multiplayer game, press the F12 key at any time while in game.
The second player uses Home Delete End PgDn for movement (it's like a WASD) and numberpad 8,4,5,6 for looking. Jump is numberpad 0, crouch is numberpad period.

This mod works on v20191005 ONLY

How did you find version v.20191005? because i cant find it in the betas.

I followed this guide to get the version that I needed https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=889624474, to make things easier for you here's the manifest ID of the version that you'll need so you can skip to step 5, 2568766923718608755. Actually you know what, here's the command you'll need instead

Just checked the link still works just fine, I'm assuming you likely just missed the instructions and clicked it instead of pasting it into your browser, so give that a try and let me know if it works =)

Discord recently blocked you from being able to download files.
This splitscreen mod is a file I uploaded with discord, and is now such not permitted to be downloaded :(

However, if you paste this link into Discord and send it in a message, the link will work from within the discord app!

Huh didn't know that, well I guess there's nothing wrong with having a backup download link.
