Khorne are in the current tabletop rules and models ( https://www.warhammer.com/en-US/shop/blood-bowl-khorne-team-2021 ) , so yes, they're expected to be released in Blood Bowl 3 eventually.

Just for mark:No Khorne in BB2 and BB1 chaos edition we can see the Khorne team

I'm not sure what you mean, but Blood Bowl 3 will only (eventually) include teams from the current Blood Bowl tabletop. If you're looking for BB2 teams like the BB2-style Khorne, Kislev, Khemri etc. they're not coming to BB3.
