How do you use the "Fumblerooski" skill in the game?

As the title says.
I was messing around with custom team, and gave a runner fumblerooski.
But I can't figure out how to actually get the player to *use* the skill. >_>
Help please.

holding the interact button can bring up a special menu where skills like that show up. Hold click

Cool story, Loot Goblin. Thing is, no, Fumblerooskie is not implemented in the special menu.

I may be a fool, but my intentions were good. Guynemer did you find a way to use the skill? Can you help out?
