How are you supossed to win 3 games with team x and 3 games with team y on the official ladder of no one is playing ?
Having waiting times of 30min+, sorry my evening is not eternal.
How are you supposed to win 3 matches ( 6 matches when getting 2x this mision type with different teams) when you consider this long of a mtach finding time and 50% avg winrate ?

I only experince such waits when I spin at around 3am-8am UTC time. Then I'm usually matched to somebody from much higher division (played vs diamond coaches as a silver coach a few times). May be it's the lowest online hours or something.

I normally leave the game looking while I do other stuff at home. You can tell it has found a match because the music changes lol
