So what teams we are missing now ?

You should be asking what teams are we missing from Blood Bowl 2020 rule set. Khorne was never in BB2 as an example.

BB2 did not have the 2020 teams. Kislev, ogres, chaos dwarfs, amazons, Khemri...are teams in bb2. I can't recall if that list is missing any. However Kislev isn't likely to make it back. Its not been adapted to be original to GW's IP. There's room for visual and theme adaptations, but its not a design they can likely do without a license, although there may be room for it in some manner down the road when they "solve" that. I think that will happen when they adapt the simmian/ ape team from fumble. Extra arms and pogo stick feel like they would mesh well into an original theme that re-imagines them both into a suitable theme.

Like Splinter said above, you're asking the wrong question, but the answer is:

In Blood Bowl tabletop and not in Blood Bowl 3 yet:

The above gets us to roughly the end of 2026, depending on whether BB3 releases one or more teams per 3-month season.

They are absolutely different teams. Ofc gnomes will appear at some point, it's official team released by GW this year.

Huh? Kislev certainly is from GW's IP. They were a part of Warhammer Fantasy Battle for decades. They may even be coming back for Warhammer: The Old World.
I really wouldn't count on anything that's not from the TT game making it into this game though.

BB2 Kislev is the same as the Slann team which is unofficial

On "fumbbl.com" you are are able to play BB with a whole bunch of alternative team designs. Running in so called "Secret Leagues" fans created nearly 100 new teams (often modded regular or mixed teams) - beside the "normal teams".

For available teams at all, you have differ from:
- GW and their official teams by rules -> state refer to WulfBytes post above (except for Slann)
- NAF legal teams (board game tournament base) -> GW list + Teams of Legend +usually Slann
- unofficial fan made teams (see i.e. fumbbl.com)

Cyanide provides an official GW product - so there will be only GW teams in any licenced computer game.

Widespread opinion:
No Slann (also known as Kislev Circus / Kislev) therefore at all.
Also no "Bretonians" (they where redesigned as Imperial Nobility).
Teams from the "Teams of Legend" list will not apear before they get a redesign by GW - Amazons (2 years ago?) and Chaos Dwarves (this year) where former on this list - so High Elves and Tomb Kings will probably follow next years.
Plus additional new teams like (unexpected) Gnomes (last year).
