The game constantly loses connection or it gets stuck

Out of the 6 matches I played online, I lost 5 even though I was winning, due to a lost internet connection. I was not offline, and everything else besides the game worked perfectly. In the last match against Dwarfs, I was winning too, but the game got stuck. The timer was running in the background, and I had two players left to move - but they didn't move. When I clicked 'end of the turn,' nothing happened. The game recorded it as a loss. How is it that in 5 out of 6 matches, something always goes wrong? You guys need to fix this. I will definitely leave a bad review and report that this game is not recommended because it is not stable online.

Edit: New Match - New Problem: During Solid Defence I couldnt move any player.

I've been playing against AI since start of season 3 only - and I'v already had two similar issues. The game seemed stuck, though the timer was counting down - but I couldn't move anything. Than after about 30 secs I got an error about my connection interrupted, and was thrown back to intro playing when you start the game. Then it won't allow me to log in to my account for a few minutes. First time after that happened I was able to re-connect to my AI match. The second time I wasn't. It's rediculous.

I havent played vs AI anymore - have to do so and see if the game stucks there also on specific events. Playing online is really frustrating when you loose due to a false disconnect.

Another day another try. Match vs Black Orcs. Got 3 times disconnected and lost the game of a "concede". I tried WiFi and Ethernet.

Undead vs Orcs. Had two disconnects during turn 1 and 2. During my opponents turn 3 his timer ran down and nothing happend until I got the message that the match has ended. My opponent won with 1:0 and I got no SPP due a concede. I never conceded - all I did was waiting for my opponents actions. My Ghould had the ball and I guess his Orcbllitzer was going for a blitz. Never saw it happend.

Do you have anti-virus enabled (when playing BB3) or are you using a VPN?

I am using no VPN. Bitdefender Antivirus is running on my system, but it does not cause any problems when playing other online games.

Deactived Bitdefender and had my first match without any disconnects. Will try tomorrow again. Fingers crossed that this is the solution to my problem.

Second game in a row without any disconnects. I added Blood Bowl 3 to Bitdefenders ignore list so I do not need to deactivate it everytime. Thanks for the hint with the anti-virus programm.

I'm in the same situation as this user, but I don't use Bitdefender, but Windows 10 Pro's own antivirus.

75% of the games I play against AI I get that I lost connection (I have not lost connection, internet access is fine and no interuptions). Most of the times I get the match result after I log in again and almost always the blood pass xp and manager xp. Rarely my team doesn't get any winnings and lose the SPP from the match. Almost always steam achievements bug out when the faulty "connection lost" appear though.

Norton antivirus is on but it has BB3 in it's allowed list.
