Cheerleader for 10 bucks , really? <_<

Ok , i don't know what you doing with your custom price but you kinda go to much overboard on it imo. (1000 warpstone = 10 bucks just in case ).

I don't think custom should cost the same price has a team for bloodpass , it's just awfull , so you basically get 5 cheerleaders for 20 bucks.
Also stuff like lord borack 1000 skin cost when hiring him is situationnal is also very dumb.
The game already has a bad reputation with custom and microtransaction, that do not help anything with that kind of stuff or you try to feel the gap because the game failed so horribiy?

+1, the bloodpass and the stand alone team price is ok-ish but the cosmetics are utterly overpriced. There is little value to a cosmetic so it's all about trying to support the game hoping it gets better and get a couple of cool looking pixels in the process but you manage to make that feel bad.


1,99 for Borak as a coach; ehhh not great but why not let's try and support future dev time. 5 for Borak? lol

And it looks like you can only buy the specific ones that are on the Nuffle's Deals, so they're going to be rotating them in and out? Double hard pass.

Its a new level greedy and ridiculous. It's a shame because they did pretty good job on some of the cosmetics. Clearly whoever makes their Marketing/GTM plans have no idea of their player base or simply don't care.

I was so happy to see new cheerleaders then I saw the price. I don't know who is in charge of pricing for these cosmetics, but not only are the too high, they leave you with a remainder of 1 since the price ends in 99. So this is a double pass.

This was more a marketing blunder than people having problems with spending money on the game's cosmetics.

It's insulting when a high price is attached to certain taboo/eye candy items but if they would have put the cheerleader into a fan support package... (you know the kind where devs say they'll charge a little extra for this piece of $dlc because the fan wants to support them)... the sales pitch would be much more digestible/relatable than the way they currently treat their market like cows to be milked.

Here's how I would have sold the cheerleader to the public:

"BB3 was off to a rough start but the devs have been working overtime to get things pitch-shape for the upcoming season. To show some 'extra' appreciation and keep cheering your favorite studio on, we've introduced a special Cheerleader skin so you can show your rivals you're willing to go the extra yard for BloodBowl. As a bonus and thank you from our studio the Cheerleader skin will also count as +1 Cheerleaders on the pitch for all your teams. We know some will rightfully label this as P2W DLC but we here at Cyanide feel confident the benign bonus of +1 Cheerleaders won't become mandatory to compete. Happy Holidays!"

edit: and if they genuinely wanted the Cheerleader skin to be worth $10 in the eyes of players it would come with a team re-roll instead. But then it would be p2w for sure so maybe not. Just throwing that out there as an example of how far they could take things if they needed a cash injection bad enough.

If they released a full game the player base would be way more. I know so many people waiting to buy the game until it gets most of the teams and has league admin tools.
