Freezing when Interception options come up!

My game is freezing on the intercept screen when you have to choose a player to intercept. Has happened twice now for both teams. Means I have to forfeit the game. Very annoying. Is there a fix for this? Does anybody have an out? Thank you...

I remember waiting for the better part of an hour, alt+f4-ing out, coming back in, getting reconnected and the action going through. Though, it was the last turn, and I'm pretty sure the other guy has disconnected by then.

This bug has been around since launch. They keep saying they're gonna fix it, it's been almost a year now. I wouldn't hold my breath for a fix.

Cyanide said today they've fixed it server side but need a client update to get it fully fixed. PC this week, console next week.

Cool i literally have one as of this comment that is bricking this comp game. Nurgle warrior is trying to "intercept" a 6+ throw my guy failed.. And the opps timer is not counting down.. So i guess i remain in the match for as long as it takes.. possibly open up another game on steam all together so im not forced to CONCEDE and take a massive L

Update: my opp conceded, bless his rot. i was up +1 anyways so

after the last update i haven't got any of the black screen badness, thank god. i've not had the interception problem except ages ago, and that was my fault for not realising i had to click on the player making the intercept! i see this often coming up as a bug but in a lot of recent games i haven't had it... i'm lucky i guess!

7 Months since the launch and still bugged af... This interception bug is awful.
They should focus on bug before adding new content every 2 month jeez

Yeah it's a actually a game breaking bug. I will not be playing again till this is fixed as it cost me to start the camp division over 3 times

Could you tell us if whether these were multiplayer or AI matches?

Got this bug twice this week, elven union vs ai and in league. The league match was resolved by my opponent quitting the game while I player Pokemon Go for 15 minutes or so. The AI match bug remains a problem because the AI can't quit and so the game hangs even if you alt+f4. When you relog you get a black screen and crowd noise in the background. Forced to concede match to AI... guess cheating is the only way the AI can win.
