Can´t upgrade Strength Value?
Hello fellow coaches, i got finally enough SSP (25 in case you ask) for a lovely +1 Strength Upgrade (which costs 24 SSP). But nothing happening when i click on the button. Do i miss something? is it a bug (didn´t find something particular already in the comments)? It would upgrade my player from lvl3 to lvl4 in case this matters..
Thanks in advance for your help and/or advice.

You do not choose which stat will increase. You have to roll with the button at the bottom of the "stat up" page don't know if I am clear enough.

After rolling you will be presented with 2 possible stat upgrade; if neither interest you you can pick a skill instead.

Be warned that different stats have different cost in terms of Team value:
+ST=80k TV
+AG=40k
+MV=20K
+AR=10K

20+ spp and it's random? Man, that sucks.

So, does the game remember what stats it offered you? Does it force you to pick a skill when denying the stat upgrade choices? What if I, say, roll stat upgrade, the choices suck, and I just alt+f4 out to try and save-scum it? Would that do anything?

To improve a stat a D16 is rolled each time and any stat can only be increased twice.
1-7 = MA or AV or secondary skill
8-13 = MA, PA, AV or secondary skill
14 = AG, PA or secondary skill
15 = ST, AG or secondary skill
16 = Any stat
Unless it has recently been changed BB3 will allow you to select any skill rather than just secondary skills however if you choose a primary skill it seems to increase TV by the cost of a secondary skill. I suspect alt+f4 won't work but I've never tried and you never know your luck.

I think it's kinda glitched , i did try multiple time to focus a specific stat boost ag that i didn't get it , i did choose instead primary skill since i didn't care about mv and it cost me 40k instead of 20 for some reason , i just did fire the player at that point

It is indeed a minor bug as you shouldn't really even have the option of a primary skill.

That not correct. FAQ page 3 states that you can indeed take a primary skill instead of the stat upgrade.

Choosing the primary skill isn't really the issue , the issue is having double cost for some reason.

Ah, I stand corrected.
