Ether force him to score, or try to attack and take away the ball, or prevent him from advancing into your endzone. It is not easy, but that's tactical challenge Blood Bowl is (almost) about.
"Ok fine!" *TOUCHDOWN!*
But yeah, stalling is 100% part of the game, if you don't stall versus Elves, Skaven, Lizards, and any 'throw a team mate race', then you'll likely lose a TD.
Also in case you haven't experienced it yet, turn 16 fouls happen. Prepare your body and soul for that.
It is about opponents doing nothing in their turn and letting the timer go down.
This is just annoying and obnoxious behavior. Here is the "problem" with BB being a turnbased Game. While it´s your opponents turn you can do nothing except wait.
And if he does nothing besides waiting in the hope you ragequit, this is not sportsmanslike.
If the opponent would barricade himself in with the ball and just skips his turn, this would be okay.
