It's stil the end if you don't start your turn, the small window can stay open in your clocktime just as in BB2.
Now it works as intended as you can keep it "fired" and the button will remain highlighted. Now you can also wait until your turn, also as intended, but in early access the button was unresponsive (it took quite a while to fire, so it looked like it didn't work).
I figured out how to use it (basically click only once during your opponent's turn and you will see an almost unnoticeable highlight on the edge).
I don't know if it works as intended, but it's very bad that we can't just do it at the start of our turn before doing anything else (which is the same as the end of our opponent's turn).
The servers are far better now than when this post was started, but there is still room for improvement. Nothing in this game is really reliable right now, so you can't count on your wizard working properly. We don't have an official ladder anyways, so it is not that big of a deal, but it is frustrating anyways.
