Maybe a really stupid question but . . . how do you use anti-radiation items?!

I've only been playing this game for a few hours, but all bar one of my radiation pips are red and I can't use any anti-radiation items. I have the oil and the soup thingy you can craft, but I can't use F to use in my inventory (it just goes back to the first person view if I click F on either item) and it ignores me if I click the relevant button on the quick bar.

I've tried using F on other items and they work fine, I just don't seem to be able to use anything to remove radiation.

This is in the base and out in missions.

Any help would be appreciated as I don't want to stop playing due to me missing something basic.

Try to reset the keys or clicks manually in your inventory.

Hi! Are you sure you are using `anti-radiation ointment` or `anti-radiation medicine` item?
Can you record and post a video of this bug? It will be helpful :>.

It's definitely anti-radiation medicine. I'll try and get a video or at least an image uploaded.

Hi!

It's all good. The red bar that you see is an empty armor bar. You can use plates (ceramic or metal) to fill it up :)
