WTH How do I make it work. 9070xt

Run the Bench no issues at all. Maxed with FRS on quality 4k and smooth as butter on the bench. I go to the game and it is stuttering every minute or two. Some of the stuttering is long, a few seconds where it stops. I am not on the most expensive system but more than needed for this game. I have attempted to turn off RT, lower graphic settings and no love. I have updated, windows, drivers, chip drivers, sound drivers you name it drivers. I even updated to my MB new BIOS. Only other game I have issues with is Dark Tide and I know that game hates AMD. (Funny its on Xbox and PS5 also AMD WTF). Any advice would be appreciated. I like this type of game and want to play. Could wait for a deal on xbox.

9070xt Red Devil. (Stock or my 60 mV voltage offset all the same)
32GB DDR4 3200
ROG STRIX GAMING F WIFI 2 B550
AMD 5700x3d
1000 W Corsair PSU.
GEN 4 M.2 SSD 4 TB main driver also attempted on the M.2 GEN 3 2nd drive.

100% filled with hate for UE4 and 5! Is this game just a janky euro game with AMD hate?

New 3/2025 drivers seep better when RT is off. Sad his game should run amazing on my system.

In my case, as reported also on the Internet, Ray Tracing can sometimes tank FPS to an extreme low. I would not even try RT with an AMD card logically.

I also turned off tesselation as I didn't like the effect anyway, but it also had a HUGE impact on the FPS.

Otherwise, I run DLSS Quality and everything High or Ultra (varies).
For about 80 to 100 FPS with a RTX 4060, on a 1440p.

Of course, with an AMD card, FSR is the way to go (I imagine DLSS is not an option anyhow). EDIT: I see you use it. You definately should not get huge stutters in the actual gameplay. Sorry this is not very helpful, unless you have not tried tesselation off.

The 9070xt has RT performance around a 4070TI, should not be an issue. The bench was perfect with RT. HOWEVER..RT off the game runs great maxed at 4k with no FSR. Must be a game bug or driver issue.
