What is the difference between the complete and premium editions?

Updates and better visuals I believe and minor bug fix's

I think this is one of those games that released in chapters so the complete is all the chapters the full game. And premium is the full game plus some cosmetic DLC items.

The store page has a chart that compares the two editions. Complete has everything needed play (including bug fixes and visuals) As RJX3029 says, just some cosmetic item dlcs that aren't needed for game play. OutsideR has guessed wrong.
