The heist and lady in red investigation

I am assuming the heist is the final mission, but Olga refused to go because I didn't finish the Lady in Red Investigation.

I am not sure how to finish the Lady investigation. You can only collect facts during a story mission, correct? I can't find facts by doing random daily chores missions like food / medicine drops, correct?

So now I noticed missions repeating like Shasko asking me to find out about his brother, and get revenge by blowing up some guys. Do I just keep replaying companion missions until I find the last fact for the lady in red?

Any idea of FACTS? Or are some of the clues facts? I'm so confused lol.

You can't run the simulation until you have all the facts.

On the board: the facts are in the upper part, the clues in the lower part. They are connected by lines.

You cannot find facts directly. You only can find clues, and these clues automatically lead to the facts.
You need at least one clue for each fact.

Sometimes you might have to kill yourself in the suicide chamber to change certain decisions to get certain clues in order to run the simulator. That's what I had to do to do the Black Stalker simulator. I had run out of clues and facts and was not getting any further so killing myself was the last resort but it worked and then I was able to complete The Lady in the Red Dress investigation.
