Simulation . . . early
There any disadvantage to running a simulation early? That is to say, without collecting all the clues for it?

I'm not sure but I did it early and now says that it's been completed even though the game asks me every time I go to sleep.

It is better to run each simulation as soon as possible, there are no penalties for doing so.

There are several simulations. You've finished the first one, but more are probably waiting.
