does killing locks you on a bad ending?
i just started and every time i kill someone my sanity goes down ,does it affect the ending?

I would be interested in this as well, I am not a fan of forced stealth.

No.

The sanity meter is pretty much like a second health meter, you need to replenish it if it drops low but it has no effect on the story.

No, the way the game is played has no influence on the endings, they are completely dependent on your choices. If you want to murder everyone around you, do it boldly and soothe your mental wounds with vodka.
