The duga radar decission

So from what i have been reading you either destroy duga or you use it as "legit wallhack" tho i dont see any option to scan area for enemies and even if i scan normally i dont see them. Is it even true or the option is hidden? Or perhaps its bug?

No it's not the case, choosing the upgrade will extend the range of the scanner only. Later on however during training you will get upgrades for your PDA that will show enemies

i like the range upgrade. makes exploration & collection easier. so i chose that option (at least initially)

Oh okay, thanks. There was this guy that basicly said that if u decide to use Duga Radar you will basicly have a legit wallhack. I guess he forgot to mention what you mentioned. By any chance do u remember how many skill points it is for? And if possible which character will teach you that?
