ok, I have only 2/5 clues to complete the black stalker investigation. I have done enough story quests that I don't get them anymore, I only wake up and go on ammo or food side quests. I have no idea how to get the other 3 black stalker clues.

One thing to keep in mind is that your choices can also affect how many clues you can find. It may be possible that your choices at some point has kept you from finding the clues. Also, it depends on how far you are in the story. The Black Stalker is the next to the last investigation, so you may also need to progress through the story some more before finding more clues.

You said you've done enough story quests to where you don't get them anymore, I'm assuming you mean clues, or you could mean you're not getting any more story quests because you're at the point that you need to launch the heist mission. In that case, the only 2 solutions are to take on fetch quests in each location, and searching every place you can for a clue. Or, you'll need to run through your choices and see if you can change anything that would help you.

Maybe you choose the wrong option on some other quest? the clue about Black stalker investigation are follows

1. Got automatically after the first time encounter Black stalker
2. Pripyat central : There's computer on NAR base tent. you can find this during free roam
3. The truth about NAR experiment quest : Once you find the researcher you will give option to download or destroy data. YOU MUST CHOOSE DOWNLOAD TO OBTAIN THE CLUE. this option however will lower your relationship with Olga
4. A Few Things From an Old Hideout quest : Reach Tarakan hideout. you'll see option download the data or destroy it. CHOOSE DOWNLOAD THE DATA. this option will lower the relationship with Sashko
5. Chain Reaction quest : Once you captured you'll end up in NAR prison. the clue just right there on the table after you wake up
